If you were asked which language is the most spoken one on the planet, what answer would you give? If you said Mandarin Chinese, you are correct. Chinese is the national language of the more than 1.3 billion inhabitants of China and millions more ethnic Chinese around the globe and is the world's most widely spoken language.

As Chinese economy continues to grow at the highest speed of world economy, more and more people are conducting business in China, traveling to China, adopting children from China, et al. Thus more and more are interested in learning Chinese language and culture. Mandarin is becoming common currency. In fact, many US public schools have added Chinese class to their curriculum. If you are interested in learning Chinese, it can be intimidating and challenging. However, it can be rewarding: it gives you the potential to enhance you career by working and/or traveling abroad, or opportunities to embark on new careers; it will make your journeys to China less stressful and more enjoyable; it can also make your communication with your adopted Chinese Kids much easier; it opens your eyes to a new and often misunderstood culture, and is an achievement that can be personally and professionally fulfilling.

You can learn Chinese in many ways; however, the best way to learn Chinese is to come to Huaxia Chinese School (HXCS). HXCS is the largest language teaching institution in the United States. It is a non-profit organization, with 18 branch schools located in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. As of 2007, HXCS has more than 6,000 students registered and over 400 teachers. HXCS teaches standard Chinese (mandarin) with simplified characters and Pin Yin (a phonic system).

Northern New Jersey Huaxia Chinese School is the first school of Huaxia system, which was founded in February 1995. The school keeps the best interest for its students in mind. It has the most experienced teachers and staff and the smallest class size to ensure academic excellence.
