About Us Huaxia Chinese School - Lehigh Valley Branch (HXCS-LV) is a registered non-profit, community-service, educational and cultural organization. HXCS-LV and Northampton Community College (NCC) jointly offer a Chinese language and culture program at the facilities of NCC. HXCS-LV has a three-part mission: Teach children Chinese language and culture; Engage parents to learn American culture; and Facilitate cultural exchange among communities, and serve as a Chinese cultural center. School's bylaws was approved on Dec 3, 2005 by general school members. School time: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays, including 2 hours Chinese class and 1 hour culture class. School location: Northampton Community College main campus, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
